Will Packard -- Director of Finance
Will Packard joined United Community as Director of Finance in November 2020. A certified public accountant, Will has 35 years of experience owning and managing small businesses in the fields of graphic design, digital marketing and web development. He most recently served as Director of Finance at Innate, a web app developer and subsidiary of the Cover-More Group, a global travel insurance provider based in Sydney, Australia.
At United Community, Will works closely with the Program and Development teams to implement financial processes and procedures that support program operations and ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned with grant and program budgets.
Will attended Georgetown University and later earned an MBA at George Mason University. His hobbies include gardening, rowing, crossword puzzles, and cheering for the Nats and Caps. Will is the proud father of two young adult children. He lives in Arlington with his wife and two dogs.
