BRYANT RICE
Chief Operating Officer

Bryant Rice serves as Chief Operating Officer at United Community and has more than two decades of distinguished business management and executive leadership experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. An energetic leader with strong general management, sales and operations leadership, and organizational development qualifications, Bryant has a long record of accomplishment of successful financial and strategic planning, brand management, leadership analysis and talent development, as well as designing and executing improvements to cultural efficacy and organizational alignment. 

Prior to joining United Community, he held executive positions at Tiffany & Co. and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia. He also founded Visuance, a consulting company specializing in helping small businesses and organizations improve operational efficiency, leadership development, and employee engagement. Client industries include other consulting companies, government contractors, IT and software development, retail, medical, parochial, performing arts, and community organizations. 

In addition to his extensive management and leadership experience, he is a veteran of using social media and web technologies to build digital relationships and manage brands. He writes, blogs, and continues to consult on areas of operational effectiveness and organizational development. Bryant has been listed in Capitol File magazine’s “The List.” 

Bryant holds a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Old Dominion University.
