Community Centers

We distribute food bags once a week at each of our community centers.

Local residents can pick up a bag of food at the Sacramento Neighborhood Center and Creekside Village Community Center. Supplies vary week to week based on donations and provided supplies. Please let us know in advance so that we can make sure to prepare enough bags for everyone.

A multifaceted youth development program for students designed to build positive momentum in each participant’s life.
