Jeanette Phillips serves as Chief Talent and Culture Officer at United Community. She has an extensive background with more than 25 years in senior human resources and administrative management positions with nonprofits in Virginia and Ohio, serving those most impacted by socio-economic inequities. Her efforts have resulted in significant improvements to HR management, facilities management, and IT enhancements at the organizations where she has served. 

Prior to joining United Community, Jeanette served as Chief Talent and Culture Officer and Director of People and Culture at Cornerstones in Reston, VA. While there, she created a leadership program for emerging leaders, focused on creating a culture of performance for staff based on the mission, core values, and social and racial equity.
